My friend and I truly enjoyed being there, it's a great hotel. All of the staff were very friendly and attentive. The location was perfect and good for traveling around St. Stephen, just off the store. I found out reasonable prices in the venue.

the breakfast had plenty of options and included coffee, tea, toast, cereal and muffins. i loved the room, the bed was good. the location was exceptionally nice and perfect for me as it was not far from the store.

Think that this great hotel is beyond compare, greatly enjoyed it. It's our place to stay when in St. Stephen! Cheap and cozy rooms, plus the staff is attentive. The bathroom is clean and the bed is exceptionally comfortable.

A good variety of breakfast options including coffee, tea, toast, cereal, and muffins. The bathroom was fairly clean. The room was neat and cozy. The location is exceptional, right in the middle of Jackson and just a 10-minute walk to St. Stephen center.

The room was ok.

The train going by every thirty minutes blowing the horn. The beds are hard as a rock. And the breakfast if you want to call it that was awful. Stale muffins, bread for toast but no butter, orange juice that was hot and dishusting!!! That was literally it!! And the staff was not friendly. People just sitting in the lobby and when I walked up to the counter to check in the lady wasn't friendly at all. Debated in finding another hotel after the first night.

Bed was cozy and tv was great!!!!

The Staff and front desk were very friendly and nice, helpful, have no complaints. they were great.

Came back from breakfast and the doors were locked. Went to front desk to get key activated and it still didn't work. Housekeeping let us in our room.

The Front desk personnel were wonderful, my room was perfectly located, quiet, always cleaned and well maintained, and the housekeeping staff were very nice also.

It was everything a weary traveler would look for.

Our stay here was good, the entire hotel was clean, neat, and the rooms were fairly quiet, the setting was favorable, really close to the store.

Short in the lights. Was showering and lights went off. Had to put the toilet seat back on. Poor maintenance in the building.

It was room and be able to go to sleep and not hear kids running up and down the hall.
